So, in those instances, the top two to vote getters enter into this runoff.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1462\" srcset=\"https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-570x428.jpg 570w, https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-380x285.jpg 380w, https:\/\/utrgvradio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Runoff-285x214.jpg 285w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption><em>Photo By Samantha Garza<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Hidalgo county website, the top two are Juan Garcia with 32.59% and Deanna Dominguez 34.67%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garcia says that speaking to the city manager would be the first thing he would do as an elected official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cI think the city manager is one of the first people that I need to sit down with and see what their future goals and what their overview is of our city and of our employees.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dominguez says that after block walking, she saw the resident\u2019s response to the construction on the streets, and that would be one of her first doings as elected official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cWell I definitely want to continue with the infrastructure projects that are going on.
